I installed the parametric array vesion 2.2, but when I open 3ds max, no “Creat parametric array”

I have recently updated to max 12 and have been moving all my plugins across from max 11. I think i made the mistake of using my version 1 request code to activate the upgraded 2.1 and now the download _lic.dat will not activate parametric Array 2.1 Please help its a great pluggin that i am uable to use at the moment.
